2020-12-08·Planning Board·spoke
Ms. McEneaney thought it was important for the Board to be clear in its decision that all of the Board members were concerned about the topography. Regarding the volume of earth removal as proposed, she opined that although it is really unsatisfactory, it is a not a reason for denial. She said that similarly, as far as the natural features of the land, she thinks that the decision should make clear that the Applicant did not give much regard for the preservation of natural features in their plan. But, she does not see that as a basis for denial of the plan. She spoke in favor of reserving Lot A1 as open space and the three identified lots (#13, 16, and 5) as affordable housing. She said she did not support the reservation of an additional lot for five reserved lots total.
