Ms. Miller stated that the Board is aware of and grateful for the improvements that Concord Academy has provided along Main Street but also wanted to acknowledge that the property owners and merchants in the Town Center pay taxes and their support of the quality of life in the Town Center should be reflected.
Ms. Miller stated that she was not sure that it was going to be easy to monitor and implement the parking requirement and felt that the green space and trees that will remain on the campus would not benefit the community in the same way that parking spaces would.
Ms. Miller asked if there was a comparison of heights to other buildings in the center.
